Sweater knit has been yarn dyed a bright blue colour. It has a loose weave resulting in small eyelets, and is covered in a cable ribbon pattern that has been created during the weaving process (the design runs parallel to the selvedge). It is soft to touch, with a semi-fluid drape, and would be perfect for sewing yourself a loose fitted sweater or cardigan. This fabric is ideal if you don't have the time or skill to knit yourself a sweater or cardigan but you want the look of a knitted garment.
